USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITHPARTICIPATION IN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY:  Climbing is an inherently dangerous activity.  Buyer/User assumes all risk associated with such activity including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of personal property,  bodily injury or even death.  In no event shall UltimAider, LLC, its members, employees or agents, be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever arising from the use of this UltimAider LLC product or part.   

BUYER’S/USER’S RESPONSIBILTIES:  This product should only be used in conjunction with climbing sticks specifically designed for hunting. The top step of the aider should be placed no higher than thirty-six (36) inches from the ground.  It is the Buyer/User’s responsibility to inspect the specifications and performance of all parts and products as being appropriate for use and to further inspect this product before each use for evidence of damage, defect or wear.  Any product modification by user or deviation concerning the use of this product constitutes willful negligence by Buyer/User.    

USER CONSENT TO TERMS:   By purchasing or using this UltimAider LLC product, Buyer/User expressly and voluntarily agrees to acceptance of the product with NO WARRANTY as well as all other conditions set forth herein and knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the product.  BUYER/User further agrees that if any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be stricken from the Disclaimer but the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the unenforceable provision.  All matters related to the purchase and/or use of this UltimAider LLC product shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.  User/Buyer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Macomb County, Michigan, U.S.A
